The Texas FIRMing is only one month away. We are inviting all initiated men on the Journey of Illumination to participate. Considering that many men across the country are ready for their Fifth Initiation Ritual for Men, we think Texas is the perfect place and time. Located in the beautiful hill country between the LBJ Ranch and Perdenalis Falls State Park, the 1,500-acre site is perfectly situated at the confluence of the Perdenalis River and Miller Creek. Abundant water flows, spring wildflowers, and warm days and cool nights promise to offer an awesome wilderness experience. The Texas FIRMing team experienced the powerful rituals at Aravaipa Canyon last October, and with the help of Stephen Picha as ritual elder, are eager to extend these affirming rituals for only the second time.
It is anticipated that many regions will need to have selected leaders attend a FIRMing before the region is able to put on their own event. If this is the case, then please use this opportunity to advance a future FIRMing in your region. Travel arrangements can be made into either Austin or San Antonio and we will be happy to help out with our traditional Texas hospitality.
