Cancellation Policy
The Center for Action and Contemplation (CAC) has revised its event cancellation policy – please read the following carefully.
It is important that we allow all those wishing to attend our events an opportunity to register in a timely manner. Therefore, we will not accept any cancellations received less than six (6) weeks from the date the event begins.
Cancellation of participant registration must be requested in writing. Telephone cancellations are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel your registration and request a refund, please email your request to events@cacradicalgrace.org.
A $75 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Please allow three (3) weeks for processing of refunds. Refunds are processed by check only (not applied to credit cards). Cancellations received less than six (6) weeks from the date the event begins will not receive a refund, regardless of the circumstances causing the cancellation.
