DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

The Center for Action and Contemplation is in the process of searching for a Director of Operations. We see this position as crucial in helping us facilitate the next steps in our growth. The Overall Objectives for the Director of Operations include the following administrative management and fiscal responsibilities:

• Establishes and implements operating policies and procedures.

• Monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness and makes changes required for improvement.

• Responsible to develop and implement quality standards and improvement within the organization.

• Responsible for the stewardship of Center resources
  and oversight of the operating budget.

• Develops and recommends plans for systems
  development and operations; hardware and
  software purchases and budgeting
